I just wish more golfers could enjoy the trip to the "gun" as we call it around here! Its awsome, you can't get any better course for the money, it’s long, deep and wide! When you play there you forget how long it took to get there! Go ahead spend the money on gas and get there asap! P.S. Take lots of balls!

Excellent course, take plenty of balls with you if you can't stay in the fairway.

This track wants to make me move to Gilbert, WV! Took the challenge 7/9/07 and definitely was not disappointed. The course needs to mature another year or two, maint. is doing an awesome job. Designer David Nicewonder created a jewel and am seeking some of his other designs, put him up there with the late Mike Stranz!

As close to a beach course as you can get, it really tests your skills!

Beautifully maintained and clearly challenging with great, fast greens. A marvel of reclamation!

One of the great courses I've played to date. I will definitely go back as much as possible.

Very nice course. Fairways and greens are kept in great shape. Good practice facilities. The course is out of the way but is worth the drive. The scenery is not much. If you don't like to hit from behind trees, this is a course for you. If you hit one in the hay forget it. Not as nice as the Raven but a lot cheaper. Everyone should experience this course at least once. I have been twice and played 36 both times. I had a great time on both occasions.

A beautiful golf course that challenges all of your skills. It is the St.Andrews of the coalfields.

Beautiful links style course. A must see for any visitor to the area that enjoys a round of golf with great scenery and views. One of the top 10 courses in West Virginia; no doubt.

This has got to be one of the best courses in the state. I played the Greenbrier and The Raven. Twisted Gun is a step above both of these. Well kept, fast greens, wide fairways and great views. The price alone makes this the number 1 course in West Virginia.

Great course, couldn't ask for much more. It has superior training facilities which include a driving range, chipping range, and putting range. 18 holes of pure fun.
