Nice course and design, but is overshadowed by the greens which were poor at best, when I recently played there. And if you consider the price which is $64 on weekend it just doesn’t add up for me. Go play at Hog's Neck for less and has better conditioned greens.

While the course is generally in good shape -- fairways are good, greens good (but slow), and teeboxes having recently been levelled and resodded (they need time to grow in) -- I'd call this course "Quirky". Way too many homes too close to the course. Several holes that are tricked up enough that you'd need to know the course to know how to play them. You can pretty well leave the driver in the bag here -- distances were pretty darn short throughout the course.
