For a course pretty much in the middle of no where it was a big surprise. The course itself is not overly difficult but there are some elevation changes, a couple of blind shots and real dog legs that will get your attention. The greens are the biggest challenge, fast and with lots of slope. Plus they all seem to have these nobs in them that make a two putt difficult if you're on the wrong side. The bunkers are a bit different with fine crushed stone or brink. A fine course at a decent value!

Nice lay out that rewards shot placement. You don't want to land on the wrong side of the greens.Offers a risk reward challenge for better players on several holes, and power players to on others. Well maintained and fairways and greens that are deceptive and challenging. High handicap players need to keep it in the fairway as there are plenty of blow up holes with trees lining many of the fairways. Well worth the a visit.

My favorite course and has plenty of variety to keep you coming back. The staff is nice and the layout is my favorite in the south PA area.

What a great surprise! I played the Bridges Golf Club recently on a rainy day but the course held up well. Really enjoyed the course lay out and variety of shots required - doglegs off the tee. The course has beautiful surroundings, great practice facilities and good clubhouse. Definitely worth the drive and can't beat the price! Rate it in my top 10 in the metro area within 75 mile radius. Just do it!

I have just decided to add this course to the 15 or so courses that I play every year. It was overcast with a few showers this time, so I plan to return and enjoy it more under clear skies. This course is visually impressive and low scores are out there.

You won't get any better bang for your buck in the Gettysburg area. It might be a bit further out than a couple of the more well know Gettysburg courses but is well worth the drive. Played there this past week and the course was in very good condition. The variety of the design will rival any course in PA. The best part of the course are the greens, they will test your putting ability; think Pinehurst No. 2 greens but without the pedigree. The price is a great value; played at noon on a Sunday for $36 including cart.

Really like the design and the clubhouse is nice. The variety of holes gives you everything from tight to open fairways, large greens with subtle breaks to smaller ones with more undulation. The course is all by itself which is nice except for a dirt raceway that you can see on two holes on the back nine. It's a good test but not overbearingly difficult. Staff is very nice and it's never to packed making pace always good.

The course lived up to its name of bridges because it had a bunch of them. I played it late Aug and it was in pretty good shape. The greens could have been better, faster. The layout was nice and it had some pretty holes. I would play it again when I come to town.

One of my all-time favorites. Nothing spectacular, just a very good layout, that is always in pristine condition. Some very difficult holes, and some very managable holes. On a good day, a great score is possible. And on a bad day, well you get the drift. My only criticism is that the yardages on all the par-3s have me hitting the same iron to each of them, not a lot of variety. But overall, short of Gettysburg, this might be the best course in central PA.

I like the course. Good design and nice clubhouse and range. Great bunkers, nice greens and good fairways. Only problem was the really thin and burned out rough. You would hit semi decent shots but the rough wouldn't hold, it would bounce twice and then OB. And its one of those courses you have to know where to put the ball. Perfect example is the Par 4 all down hill, I think #6, If your just a bit right of your blind shot drive your hitting a blind wedge into the green.

Nice layout and well manicured. We played in early spring and the greens were in fairly poor shape. Would still recommend playing.

Nice course right off of Rte 30 toward York. Fairly open off the tee with greens sloping from back to front with alot of slope on some. The bunkers, fairways and greens were all in real good shape during my round. Tough finishing Par 5 with a long second shot up hill. Most will have to chip or short wedge into the green. Good range and practice area and the large clubhouse and resturant is nice for larger groups like ours.
