First off, played this course at the right time and had it to myself. The front nine of this course is as lovely a front nine that I've played in over 50 courses in the Mid-Atlantic. Water comes into serious play on the first three holes, though No. 2's fairway slopes too seriously towards the water. With my my fade, it rolled from the left rough, across the fairway and into the water. There wasn't a hole I didn't enjoy on the front! The back nine felt cramped and didn't have a smooth lay-out feeling to it. It was like playing an entirely different golf course. The front nine is an absolute play but the back was slightly disappointing. Staff very friendly and conditions were fine for late May.

Someone needs to take this course over. The change in layout has not improved the course and the greens are in poor shape.

Even given the fact that they are trying to put it together, this course is a must pass. They must be under staffed, because you cannot tell fairways from rough. The greens are two small for a course not taken care of.

The only positive I can come up with here is the clubhouse. Nice amenity. The rest of the place they can impode. It is that bad. This isn't anything resembling a golf course. Might as well put "Elsie" out to pasture on this land, cause it would be doing the land a favor. Tees, greens and the entire playing area of the "golf course" are in horrible disrepair. I wouldn't come back, even if it was free. Heck, I wouldn't come back if they paid me to pay here. Save your money. Stay away!!!!

Hard course to figure out, not very well marked. Can be real fun if you're a long driver, can reach a few par 4's, and par 5's. The greens are tough to judge as speeds change from hole to hole. The price is right for about half the course but you can do alot better. They told me they are working to making better so we will see.

Very pricy on the weekends and have all the usual no-no's. Course was average with trouble on drainage.
