Lovely course in the Shenanadoah Valley that has some very tight holes on the White and Blue and some that are a little bit more open. Friendly staff and laid back atmosphere are the prominent feel here at SV. Fairways were a bit beat up by the summer heat, but the greens were in very good condition. Layout itself is a simple up and down winding course with some deep bunkers and no water holes on the White or Blue. Very nice and scenic to play in the Autumn. $35 with cart on weekdays.

Course was in great shape. Not crowded at all. Beautiful views. The price was perfect and the grill food reasonable. Worth the drive for an enjoyable day.

This was a good course with nice facilities. I would play here often if it were closer. A mix of tee shots, some blind, some with trees in play. Fortunately the rough wasn't too deep and the course is open enough to allow you to recover from a few errant drives.

A pricey track for its location, but after 2pm on a weekday, I paid $25 with a cart which was a good deal. Course borders Bowling Green and is definitly an upgrade from that course. SV is well manicured and greens are big with very forgiving fairways if you slice or hook, there is room to recover. Very nice pro shop and dining area with helpful and friendly staff. Also, wonderful views of the Shenandoah and worth a visit when the leaves change in the fall. Very scenic and in good shape.
