Very nice conditions, one of the best in the area. The holes with houses on them look like they get more fertilizer than the rest of the course, which I think actually detracts from the general aesthetics. The holes without houses, especially 10-15, have a great look. It almost feels like two nines were jumbled together, with half the holes feeling like a condo course and the other half feeling like it was more carved out of the natural landscape. Pace of play is usually very good.

Beautiful course! Challenging but enjoyable for all skill levels. Not too pricey either. Course was laid out before any development but now there are a few places where roads now border the course. An errent shot can wind up blocks away. But even those shots can't detract from the fact that this is a really nice course.
