I've played Providence about 25 rounds a year for about 3 years now and I would rate it as one of the better daily fee courses in Richmond. The layout is great but you can score from the blues. There's no reason not to be near par on the back side. The greens are smooth and very consistent year round. Course staff are friendly as well.

Worthy of 4.5 flag rating; great conditions overall and staff was great! A must play in the Richmond area.

Beautifully maintained. Reminded me of a Myrtle Beach Course. Great and very helpful staff. Very playable. I have a new favorite course.

Got to play this course for the first time this past year, and was pleasingly surprised. Friendly, yet challenging. Thr greens were among the best I've seen on a public course.Fairways were very well kept as well. The only thing that kept it from a perfect score, were the last two holes(17 & 18) which, for me, were too challenging (long) to end a round of golf. Overall though, highly recommended
