This is a beautiful property in a great setting. The course is well laid out, even walkable. The mostly open holes offer a number of forced carries, but you can definitely score well with some well placed shots. Zoysia fairways so the ball sits up well. Conditions are a little below average in the heat. Front 9 more interesting than back, but 10 is a great long par-4. The 18th is disappointing. Just a terrible design that forces a lay-up tee shot followed by a 200+ yard approach. Boo.
