Decent layout but very poor condition of tees and fairways.Rating would be higher with decent grass.

Two greens were unplayable, but otherwise course was in OK shape. I like the layout, have to think about every shot.

Decent track for a value round. Course is a bit chopped up in my mind as in the layout seems a bit forced and a couple of holes look out of place. The course website offers some decent specials, the Par-3s are pretty good. Service is average.

I liked the lay out of this course. It was short but difficult. The course was pretty burned out and the fairways were torn apart.

My favorite short 18 holes (5700 yds from white tees). Course is very well maintained. Narrow fairways are a challenge on some holes. Great price a bargain for the good conditions. Thanks Marlton!

I love this course. First played it in October 2003 and it was great then. Well kept course with new electric carts and great prices.

A very nice course at a great price a great design overall in good shape for this late in the year. A must play for all.
