Ouch... Seems this course was too good a deal to last. Played on a Tuesday, and the rate was $89. For a course with no cart attendants, no free tees, towels, or free range balls, that is overpriced for the Williamsburg market. I can play Kingsmill or Golden Horseshoe for less. Couple that with the fact that conditions were good but not great, and it took us 3 hours to play nine holes... we quit after only 9. Only giving two stars due to the fact they gave us half our greens fees back.

Usually in nice shape and they have some good twilight rates. Course has some nice elevation changes and a challenging layout. A favorite in Williamsburg.

I played the course last weekend and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The course was in good condition and the greens rolled well. It is a fair test of golf while still being challenging. The greens are undulating and there are no houses near the course. Water comes into play on a few holes. Par 3 number 11 is a beautiful hole that is all carry over water. I will definitely go back!

Unlike the other two traditional golf property courses in the Williamsburg area, Kiskiack is a nice parkland style course that offers challenge but not overly difficult. A nice set of Par 3s and 4s and always in very good shape. Even though I love Royal New Kent this is the course I take my friends who are not as accomplished of players. If your group is above 15 handicaps choose this course and you'll have more fun. Staff was nice but not the best organized group.

Even in January, the course was in good playing condition - greens consistent, fairways green, bunkers and tee boxes well maintained. Played 27 holes before running out of light but could have played more. If in Williamsburg area, try this course at a reasonble cost without the hype and the waiting at some of the neighboring resort priced courses.
