Fairways, and tee boxes were in bad shape. Greens were in nice shape but were down played by the ruff shape of the fairways. The course layout is very challenging. More sand then the beach!! The new management is working on the fairway sprinkler systems and GPS for the carts. I will give it another chance next year when the improvements are complete.
