Course is usually in good condition with a decent layout, but it's the little things that bother me. First, they've advertised as a 27 hole course for years, although they haven't had 27 since I moved here in 2004. Second, they've been doing massive amounts construction on the course as long as I've played it. Last, they have signs that look like they were bought at the dollar store directing you to different holes, while not having tee signs or ball washers. Too much $ for too little.
