The fairways and greens were very nice, but our foursome was very disappointed with the sand traps, they seamed to have gravel in them and were very hard to play out of. There was sand from the traps on the greens and if you didn’t check your line to the hole your ball could hit a small stone from the sand trap and throw the ball off line.

The course plays longer than you think. Greens are large and shapely. I look forward to playing it again next time in town.

A Links style golf on rolling hills, variety in green size and undulation, bunkered well, lots of choices in shot selection. Local knowledge would have been helpful on some holes as well. My brother and I found it challenging and enjoyable, you get alot of bang for your buck!
