The courses is in great shape. The tee boxes are small making each hole play about the same every round. The fairways are a little larger than average, and the greens are large and flat. From the white tee's no hole is over 400 yrds. The course really needs a lot of fairway bunkers to stop the bombing of the driver on every hole. This is an excellent course for the retired serviceman who's out for a nice walk.
